A bay is two adjacent lanes. This estimate does not hold a date. Guest capacity, availability and any extra arrangements are confirmed before booking. Ask about common-room availability ($50.00 before fees/tax). Outside-hours requests may have an additional charge.

Once booked, your organizer gets a shareable event invitation. Guests can RSVP and complete waivers ahead of the visit, so everyone knows where to go and what to do.

What happens after I ask about a date?
The venue reviews your group size, date and arrangements, then helps confirm an option. An inquiry or estimate does not hold space. Once the event is booked, your organizer can share the guest RSVP and waiver link.
What about children, food or an unusual schedule?
Tell us the ages in your party, any spectators, your food plans and the time you need to finish. Age eligibility, food arrangements, accessibility needs and outside-hours availability should be confirmed with the venue before you book.
